Situated beside the Depot is the Pavilion, which is an exquisite location for birthday parties, company picnics, family reunions and gathering with friends and family.
The Pavilion is 14'W x 60'L and includes (8) picnic tables.
*No open flames (including grills) are allowed at the Community Park.

For availability of the Pavilion, call 828-397-5801.
Rental fees and deposit both must be paid in cash at the time of booking in order to reserve the room.

Regular Rate $10.00/hour
Active Military & Veteran Rate $ 8.00/hour
Non-Profit $ 5.00/hour
*3 Hour Minimum Rental Required
*6-Hour Maximum Rentals Ending No Later Than 8:00 p.m. during Summer Hours (Apr-Sept) and 5:00 p.m. during Winter Hours (Jan-Mar and Oct-Dec).

DEPOSIT
Security Deposit (Refundable) $100.00
Upon evaluation of the property after the rental event, a refund check will be mailed via USPS, providing that there is no damage or defacing of the park property.
