For the health, safety and well-being of our residents, employees and communities, we are temporarily closing the lobby of Town Hall, the park playground equipment, and suspending all rentals for events and parties until further notice.

Looking for a fun, unique place to host a party, wedding reception, family reunion or just gather with friends? The Depot offers that and so much more. Nestled in a natural setting at the Hildebran Community Park, located at 114 Main Ave East, your guests have access to the playground while you are entertaining in the Depot.
The Depot is 14'W x 60'L and includes (6) tables and (49) chairs, a/c and heat, as well as a deck for additional entertaining.
For availability of the Depot, call 828-397-5801. Rental fees and deposits must be paid in cash in order to reserve the room.
There are four (4) time blocks available to book each day, as follows:
10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Regular Rate $20.00/hour
Non-Profit, Active Military & Veteran Rate $10.00/hour
*3 Hour Minimum Rental Required
Alcohol Fee (Beer & Unfortified Wine Only): $35.00
Plus renter must purchase liquor liability insurance via TULIP (approximately $180).
Security Deposit (Refundable) $100.00
Upon return of the Depot key and evaluation of the property, a refund check will be mailed via USPS.
