Looking for a fun, unique place to host a party, wedding reception, family reunion or just gather with friends? The Depot offers that and so much more. Nestled in a natural setting at the Hildebran Community Park, located at 114 Main Ave East, your guests have access to the playground while you are entertaining in the Depot.
The Depot is 14'W x 60'L and includes (6) rectangle tables and (49) chairs, a/c and heat, as well as a deck for additional entertaining.

*No open flames (including grills) are allowed at the Community Park.
BOOKING
For availability of the Depot, call 828-397-5801 during normal business hours.
Rental fees and deposit both must be paid in cash at the time of booking in order to reserve the depot. Proof of general liability insurance must be presented to the Town before the key to the depot will be given to the renter.

Regular Rate $25.00/hour
Active Military & Veteran Rate $19.00/hour
Non-Profit $13.00/hour
*3 Hour Minimum Rental Required
DEPOSIT
Security Deposit (Refundable) $100.00
Upon return of the Depot key and evaluation of the property, a refund check will be mailed via USPS.
*GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE REQUIREMENT - NEW POLICY*
Renters may purchase General Liability Insurance for private events at the depot. If Renter chooses not to purchase insurance, Renter acknowledges by their signature that they will be personally responsible for any and all loss or damages arising out of their rental and use of the depot and will hold the Town, its agents, elected officials, and staff harmless from any damages, including legal fees.
The typical cost for a one (1) day rental begins at $100.00 via GatherGuard.
There is no cost for home owner's policies with appropriate coverage.
