The Hildebran gymnasium is located at 208 S. Center St., Hildebran. The gym features full-court accommodations, fold away bleachers with men's and women's restrooms.
BOOKING
For availability of the Gym, call 828-397-5801 during normal business hours.
Rental fees and deposit both must be paid in cash at the time of booking in order to reserve the room. Proof of general liability insurance (if required) must be presented to the Town before the key to the gym will be given to the renter.

Active Military & Veteran Rate $30.00/hour
Non-Profit $20.00/hour

Off-Season Special for Non-Admissions/Non-Commercial Rentals (Mon-Sat Only)

Upon return of the Gymnasium key and evaluation of the property, a refund check will be issued.
*GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE REQUIREMENT - NEW POLICY*
Renters will be responsible for purchasing general liability insurance on their own for any event. The typical cost for a one (1) day rental begins at $190.00. *Does not include insurance for bodily injury.
The Town highly recommends that renters contact their own insurance carrier for general liability insurance and injury insurance policy for full coverage.
