The Hildebran gymnasium is located at 208 S. Center St., Hildebran. The gym features full-court accommodations, fold away bleachers with men's and women's restrooms.

For availability of the Gym, call 828-397-5801 during normal business hours.
Rental fees and deposit both must both be paid in cash at the time of booking in order to reserve the room.
Proof of general liability insurance (if required) must be presented to the Town before the key to the gym will be given to the renter.
DEPOSIT
$100.00 (Refundable)
Upon return of the Gymnasium key and evaluation of the property, a refund check will be issued.

$40.00/hr Regular Rate (Mon-Sat)
$30.00/hr Non-Profit | Active Military & Veteran Rate (Proof required)
$25.00/hr Regular Rate (Sun)
$20.00/hr Non-Profit | Active Military & Veteran Rate (Proof required)
MAT FEES
$500.00 PLUS an all-day rental fee (8 hours min)
*Mat fees are not refundable if mats have been installed before the event. Mats are required to be put down when food will be served in the gym, or any other activity that may damage the floors, as determined by staff (dances, equipment, etc).
*GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE REQUIREMENT *
Renters are required to purchase general liability insurance coverage for events open to the public or when a fee is charged to participate or attend.
Renters may purchase general liability insurance for a private party (not open to the public and no fees are charged to attend). The typical cost for a one (1) day rental begins at $190.00.
*Does not include insurance for bodily injury.
The Town highly recommends that renters contact their own insurance carrier for general liability insurance and injury insurance policy for full coverage.
