Public comments are allowed once per month at the Council Regular Meetings

Council meetings will be streamed live via the Town's YouTube Channel: "Town of Hildebran."

All regular meetings are held in the Council's Chamber, Albert Parkhurst Municipal Complex, at 7:15 p.m. unless notated above.

202 S. Center St., ~ Hildebran, NC 28637

Due to the recent increase in COVID cases, the meetings will not be open to the public except during public comments. Anyone is welcome to sign up to speak but must wait outside the Council’s Chamber until called upon to enter the room and then must exit the room after speaking.  The public may also submit written comments to the Clerk prior to the meeting to be read during the public comment section.

Anyone who wishes to provide written comments must either:

1) email their comments to the Clerk at alice.sanders@hildebranNC.org,

2) fax to 828-397-7180, or

3) drop off at Town Hall at 109 S. Center St. before 3:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting.

There is a three (3) minute time limit per person or organization and the Town of Hildebran Public Comment Policy will be enforced.

In accordance with ADA regulations, persons in need of an accommodation to participate in the meeting should notify

Town Hall at 828-397-5801 at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the meeting.

Face coverings and social distancing are highly recommended.
