EAST BURKE YOUTH ATHLETIC ORGANIZATION
The East Burke Youth Athletic Organization (EBYAO) is an organization that plays in the Burke County Parks and Recreation Department and is considered rec ball for children ages 5 - 15 that attend Hildebran Elementary School, Icard Elementary School and East Burke Middle School.
SPORTS
EBYAO offers many sports throughout the school year, including football, cheerleading, basketball, indoor soccer, outdoor soccer, baseball and softball. EBYAO home games are played at the football field at Hildebran Elementary School (football, cheerleading, outdoor soccer), in the Town of Hildebran gym (basketball, indoor soccer), and the Burke County ball fields, located behind the Albert Parkhurst Municipal Complex, and Spring Park ball fields, located at East Burke High School (baseball, softball). EBYAO does charge a small fee to participate which helps pay for uniforms, concessions, etc.

East Burke Youth Athletic Organization Mission Statement
EAST BURKE YOUTH ATHLETIC ORGANIZATION seeks to implant, in the youth of our communities, the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage and reverence. This will guide our youth to become finer, stronger, and happier athletes who will grow to be good, clean, healthy adults. This objective shall be reached by providing supervised, competitive, athletic programs. The coaches and volunteers shall bear in mind, at all times, that the winning of games is secondary. Our primary goal is the molding of future citizens to lead our community and the country.
