Looking for a fun, unique place to host a party, wedding reception, family reunion, or just gather with friends? The Depot and Pavilion offer that and so much more. Now, both can be rented at the same time for a reduced fee. Nestled in a natural setting at the Hildebran Community Park, located at 114 Main Ave East, your guests have access to the playground while you are entertaining in the Depot and Pavilion.

​The Depot is 14'W x 60'L and includes (6) rectangular tables and (49) chairs, a/c and heat, as well as a deck for additional entertaining. Capacity: 49  The Pavilion is 14'W x 60'L and includes (9) picnic tables.

*No open flames (including grills) are allowed at the Community Park.

RENTAL CHARGES

The deposit and rental fees must be paid in CASH on the day of booking to reserve the Depot and Pavilion.

Upon return of the Depot key and evaluation of the property, a refund check will be mailed via USPS.

The 3-hr time slot includes set-up and clean-up time. Renter may not enter the Depot or Pavilion before the designated time slot. You may book additional hours as needed (up to 6 hours).

GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE 

Renters may purchase General Liability Insurance for private events at the depot and pavilion. If Renter chooses not to purchase insurance, Renter acknowledges by their signature that they will be personally responsible for any loss or damages arising out of their rental and use of the depot and pavilion and will hold the Town, its agents, elected officials, and staff harmless from any damages, including legal fees.  

​The typical cost for a one (1) day rental begins at $100.00 via GatherGuard. 

There is no cost for homeowner's policies with appropriate coverage.
