For the health, safety and well-being of our residents, employees and communities, we are temporarily closing the lobby of Town Hall and suspending all rentals for events and parties until further notice.
We feel that the best way to serve you in light of Covid-19 is to closely follow the guidelines set by the Department of Health and our state and health officials. We encourage everyone to remain indoors and keep safe!
The Community Center is located below the Albert Parkhurst Municipal Complex at 202 S. Center St. and includes two large rooms, a kitchen, and restrooms, which totals over 5,976 square feet. The kitchen is equipped with a sink, cabinets, range oven, refrigerator and microwave. The Community Center has its own entrance and is ideal for Family Reunions, Parties, and Meetings. The room includes (4) 8' rectangle tables, (8) 72" round tables and (100) chairs.

Regular Rate $30.00/hour
Non-Profit, Active Military, Veteran Rate $15.00/hour
*3 Hour Minimum Rental
Alcohol Fee (Beer & Unfortified Wine Only): $35.00
Plus renter must purchase liquor liability insurance via TULIP (approximately $180).
Security Deposit (Refundable) $100.00
Upon return of the Community Center key and evaluation of the property, a refund check will be issued via USPS.
